I have been practicing psychotherapy in Brooklyn for 5+ years, working in the school system as a social worker before working in clinical practice. Before moving to Brooklyn I worked in a variety of social work settings from a detention center to an independent living program, and believe that my experiences have contributed to a wide understanding of people, culture and the human capacity for change.

I provide support and treatment to adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, self esteem, grief and loss, and a variety of others. I also work with people who want to make changes in their life, develop their sense of self or those already in transition. You may wish to explore where you are going next and discover deeper meaning of who you are.

Since no approach is best for everyone, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solutions focused therapy. Together we will use a variety of tools to learn new skills and work towards becoming a happier, healthier you.
